It started with a promise.
When my son was 11, he was struggling so deeply with learning differences and behavioral challenges that he truly believed he was "unteachable". I remember a night through both our tears promising him that I would find a school that would know how to teach him - even though he didn't believe one existed.
Taking that leap of faith to find the right school changed the trajectory of his life. He didn't just survive, although the school may have saved his life. Over time he started thriving.
I've since navigated very different paths for three of my children and that experience is the foundation of my approach. I don't just look at a school or a program I look at the environment that honors how your child actually learns.
